📦 Shipping Policy

All items ship within 5–7 business days via USPS or UPS.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can obsessively check its progress. We do it too.

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside of our control. If your package is marked as delivered and you have concerns, please contact the carrier directly.

🔄 Refunds & Returns

Each item is made to order, so we do not offer refunds or returns.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include a photo of the damage. If the issue is not due to misuse, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. We do actually want you to be happy.

By shopping with us, you agree to the following:

-Treat our products with love, and not use them for evil.

-Understand that handmade means charmingly human. Minor variations may occur.

-Not copy, resell, or reproduce our designs without permission.

All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or concerns related to order integrity. If an order is canceled, any charges will be refunded promptly.

We reserve the right to update these policies from time to time, but we promise to aim for clarity, fairness, and basic human decency.

🎨 A Note on Color Accuracy

We do our best to represent each item as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear different in person due to screen settings, brightness, and how designs translate during printing.

Please note that bold hues such as reds, oranges, and blacks may print deeper or more vibrant than they appear on your screen. Every item is produced using high-quality, colorfast materials and printed true to the design intent, even if your monitor has other opinions.
